Who we are
SeatMine is a low-fee event ticketing platform operated by Frahm Agency LLC. We sell tickets to events hosted by schools, organizations, and event organizers (collectively, “Organizers”). Buyers use SeatMine to purchase tickets; Organizers use SeatMine to manage events and receive payouts.
What we collect
- Account information — your name and email address when you create an account or purchase a ticket as a guest.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; Stripe handles all card data.
- Phone number (optional) — if you opt in to event reminder texts at checkout. See the SMS section below.
- Order history — the events you’ve purchased tickets for, so you can view and manage your tickets.
SMS text messages
If you opt in at checkout by providing your mobile number and ticking the SMS reminder checkbox, SeatMine will send you a single reminder text message before each event you buy a ticket to. We do not send marketing texts, promotions, or messages for events you did not buy tickets to.
What you’ll receive. One reminder message approximately two hours before the event start time. The message contains the event name, start time, and a link to your tickets. Example: “Reminder: Varsity Football tonight at 7:00 PM. Your tickets: seatmine.com/t/abc123. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
Frequency. One message per event you purchase tickets to. If you buy tickets to multiple events, you’ll receive one reminder per event.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier. SeatMine does not charge you for reminder texts.
How to unsubscribe. Reply STOP to any SeatMine reminder text. You will be unsubscribed immediately and will not receive further reminder texts. Reply HELP for support, or email support@seatmine.com.
Mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of mobile information described in this section — including the phone numbers you provide and any SMS-related data — are excluded from any sharing with third parties for their own marketing.
We share your phone number only with Twilio (our SMS delivery provider) for the sole purpose of sending you the reminder text you opted in to receive. This is a service provider relationship, not a third-party data sale.
How we use your information
- To fulfill your ticket purchase and deliver tickets.
- To email you ticket receipts, transfer notifications, and event cancellation notices.
- To send the optional SMS reminder you opted in to, if you opted in.
- To share order details with the Organizer so they can manage their event (e.g. check you in at the gate).
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Who we share with
We share data only with these service providers, each of whom acts on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using your data for their own marketing purposes:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Twilio — SMS reminder delivery (only if you opted in).
- Clerk — account authentication.
- Supabase — database hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- The Organizer of any event you bought tickets to — your name, email, and order details so they can verify your ticket at the gate. Organizers receive this information for event operations only and do not receive your phone number.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your rights
You can request to view, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing support@seatmine.com. Note that deleting account data may affect your ability to attend events you’ve already purchased tickets for.
