1. About SeatMine
SeatMine (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an event ticketing platform operated by Frahm Agency LLC. We provide software that lets event organizers (“Organizers”) sell tickets and lets buyers (“you”) purchase tickets to events those Organizers host. By using SeatMine you agree to these Terms.
2. What you can do with SeatMine
You may use SeatMine to purchase tickets, view your tickets, transfer your tickets to other people, and (if you opt in) receive event reminder text messages. Organizers may use SeatMine to create events, sell tickets, scan tickets at the gate, and receive payouts.
You agree not to misuse SeatMine: don’t resell tickets in violation of an Organizer’s rules, don’t attempt to circumvent the gate scanner, don’t use SeatMine to harass others, and don’t try to access another buyer’s order or an Organizer’s account.
3. Tickets and refunds
When you buy a ticket, you are entering into a transaction with the Organizer of that event. SeatMine processes the payment and delivers the ticket on the Organizer’s behalf. All sales are final unless the event is cancelled by the Organizer, in which case we will automatically refund your purchase to the card you used at checkout.
Refunds for cancelled events typically appear on your card statement within 5–10 business days. SeatMine’s service fee is also refunded when an event is cancelled. If you have a dispute with an Organizer about an event (e.g. weather cancellation policy, postponement), contact the Organizer directly; SeatMine can facilitate but does not arbitrate.
4. SMS reminder texts
SMS event reminders are optional. You opt in by ticking the reminder checkbox and providing your mobile number at checkout. We will send you a single reminder text approximately two hours before each event you bought tickets to. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any reminder text to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support. See our Privacy Policy for full details about how we handle your phone number, including our commitment that mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
5. Accounts
You can use SeatMine as a guest to purchase tickets. Some features (like saved payment methods and managing tickets across events) require an account. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep SeatMine running, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take the platform offline for maintenance, updates, or in response to outages. We’re not liable for missed event-day experiences caused by service outages beyond our reasonable control.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeatMine’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket(s) at issue. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of SeatMine after changes constitutes acceptance.
