Tickets priced $3.00 or less carry a flat 50¢ fee instead. Free tickets are always completely free — no fee, no card. If an order is refunded, the service fee is refunded in full — we never keep fees on refunds. On tickets $5 and up, the patron's fee comes out lower than the typical percentage-platform fee.
